McLean Falls located in the Catlins Forest Park where the waters of the Tautuku river cascades 22m over a series of dropoffs. The falls are a 3 kilometre walk from the Southern Scenic Route on Rewcastle Road. The gravel path, including boardwalks and footbridges, follows and easy gradient through native trees and bush along the Tautuku River Valley. Walk time Approx 40 min return.
